What we collect

To pick up and deliver your laundry, we collect your name, email, phone number, and street address. When you book, we also collect your laundry preferences and any notes you choose to share.

Who has access

Inside LaunderLand: only the owner and the staff member assigned to your order. Our drivers see your address and any pickup notes; our washers see your laundry preferences. Nobody sees your full data except admin.

Service providers we work with

We use a handful of vetted service providers to run the business. Each one only receives the minimum data needed to do its job, and none of them sell or share your information.

• A cloud hosting and database provider that stores your account and bookings.
• An email delivery provider that sends order confirmations and receipts.
• A messaging provider used for internal staff alerts (we don't text you in v1.0).
• A route-planning tool the owner uses to schedule daily driver stops — only street addresses and time windows are shared, never names, emails, or order contents.
• An error-monitoring tool that collects technical diagnostics when something breaks on the site. No personal data is included in those reports.

Your rights (CCPA)

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct something, or ask us to delete your account at any time. Email hello@saclaunderland.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
