If you're searching for a laundromat near you in Sacramento, this is the one to drive past the closer one for. 24 high-efficiency washers from $3.50 a load, 28 dryers, free wi-fi, free parking, and an attendant on the floor every hour we're open. Open 7 days a week, 7am to 10pm.
We've been the neighborhood laundromat on Fulton Ave since 1985. Here's what makes us different from the closer one you've been settling for.
Most laundromats in Sacramento are one of two things: a card-only box that closes at 8 and feels sketchy by 7:30, or a coin-only relic with three working dryers and a broken change machine. We are aggressively neither of those. Twenty-four high-efficiency washers from $3.50 a load is genuinely cheap. Twenty-eight dryers means a Saturday morning rush doesn't leave you waiting forty minutes between cycles. And an attendant on the floor every hour we're open — including the late-evening hours when most laundromats become uncomfortable — is the part nobody talks about until they realize they want it.
The cheap-laundromat math: a typical week's load runs $3.50 in the washer plus about a dollar of dryer time. Five dollars to do laundry start to finish, in a clean room, with someone you can flag down if a machine misbehaves. That's the price floor in Sacramento for actual quality, and it's where we set it. Free wi-fi, free parking right out front on Fulton, working everything. The best laundromats are boring — that's the compliment we go for.
Self-service pricing is per load, by capacity. Dry on time — most loads finish in a single 30-minute cycle.

Doing your own laundry is supposed to be cheap and easy. We try not to get in the way of that.
You don't need an app, a member card, or a tutorial. But here's how a normal load goes if it's your first time on the floor.
Sort by load size. Top-loaders for a single basket, front-loaders for family laundry, mega-loaders for comforters. Tap your card or drop coins.
Add detergent, hit start, grab a bench. Wash cycles run about 30 minutes; a single dryer cycle finishes most loads. Pull a book out.
Clean folding tables along the back wall. Or — if you're done with laundry-as-a-hobby — leave the bag with the counter and pick it up the next day, folded.
If your question isn't here, just call the shop — someone is almost always on the floor.
Same family, same shop, same neighborhood — just less work for you.
