Dial (916) 633-7552 any day between 7am and 10pm. Someone — usually Manmeet, the owner — picks up. Tell us your address, a one-hour pickup window that works, and any notes (delicates, hang-dry items, where to leave the bag on return). We'll confirm by phone and send a written confirmation by email or mail, whichever you prefer.

This shop has done laundry since 1985, and we have a written policy: if we damage or lose an item, we replace it at fair market value up to $250 per garment, $500 per bag. We pre-treat what we can see, inspect every garment, and flag anything we're worried about — like a button that might pop or a fabric label that says "professional wash only" — before we run it.

Most of our customers leave the bag on the porch, in a side gate area, or just inside the lobby door of an apartment building. Our driver photos the pickup so there's a record, and we deliver the same way you set up pickup — same spot, same time of day if you'd like. If you'd rather hand the bag to the driver in person, schedule a window when you'll be home and we'll knock at the door.

Yes, and a lot of families set it up this way. An adult child or grandchild can call, schedule the pickup in your name, and put their card on file or pay over the phone at pickup. We'll send confirmations and receipts to whatever email address you'd like — yours, theirs, or both.

Pickup and delivery are free — the only requirement is a $30 order minimum, about 15 pounds and roughly a week or two of laundry for one or two people. Smaller bags are welcome too; they're simply billed at the minimum. There's no annual fee, no signup fee, no membership. Use it once or use it every week — same fair price either way.
