Our drivers know the side streets between Watt and Morse better than most map apps, so pickups in Arden Park, Arden Oaks, and the ZIPs around the shop are usually our earliest stops of the day.

Because we're physically in the neighborhood, Arden-Arcade orders get the tightest turnaround windows on the route. Drop off in the morning and we can return same-day. Schedule a pickup the night before and you'll usually have your folded bag back inside 24 hours. Most pickups happen between 9 and 11 in the morning, but we'll work with whatever your day looks like — porch drops, building lobbies, side gates, all standard.

We cover 95821, 95825, and 95864 in Arden-Arcade, with neighbors in 95608 (Carmichael, just east) and 95816–95819 (the downtown wedge) on the same daily route. Pickup and delivery are free, with a $30 order minimum (about 15 lb of wash & fold) that a normal weekly bag almost always clears. No delivery fees, no service charges, no fuel surcharges.

Standard service is $1.99/lb with a 24–48 hour turnaround. We add hypoallergenic detergent at no charge for anyone with sensitive skin, and we'll separate by family member or color on request — just leave a note. Arden-Arcade is a patchwork, and our route reflects it — mid-century ranch homes on the quiet streets off Eastern and Morse, garden-apartment complexes along Watt and Marconi, and the cluster of medical and office buildings near Kaiser. That mix is why a single Arden run can carry a nurse's scrubs from a Kaiser shift, a family's week of school clothes near Del Paso Manor, and a studio's worth of towels from an apartment off Bell Street. Whatever the building looks like, the pickup works the same way: leave the bag where you told us, and it comes back sorted, washed, and folded.

Being physically in the neighborhood also makes us the easy choice for the things other services can't flex on. Forgot to schedule and need clean clothes by tomorrow? An Arden pickup can usually still make the next morning's van. Prefer to hand your bag to an actual person? The shop at 3100 Fulton is a five-minute drive from most of Arden-Arcade, and in-store drop-off runs $1.75 a pound — comfortably under the door-pickup rate.
