By using LaunderLand, you agree to the terms below. Plain language wherever we can.

The service

We pick up, wash, fold, and deliver your laundry. Pricing is by the pound at the rate listed on saclaunderland.com at the time of booking. There's a 15 lb minimum charge regardless of bag weight.

Payment

Cash, check, Venmo, and Square card all work. Final price is calculated after weigh-in.

What we won't wash

Hazardous materials, biological waste, items requiring dry cleaning, leather, or anything that smells dangerous. If we find something we can't safely process, we'll text you before doing anything.

Damage and loss

We treat your laundry like our own. If we damage or lose something, we'll replace it at fair market value up to $250 per item, $500 per bag.

Cancellation

You can cancel a pending pickup any time before the driver arrives. Text us at (916) 633-7552.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the changes.
