How does billing work?
Each plan is a flat monthly rate that covers up to its included poundage — 250, 750, or 1,500 lb a month. Essential bills net-15, Growth and Partner bill net-30. One itemized invoice at month's end, no per-pickup fees, no card on file required.
What if I go over my plan's pounds?
Extra pounds bill at your plan's per-pound rate — $1.75/lb on Essential, $1.50 on Growth, $1.25 on Partner. We track your volume and flag it before you hit the cap. If you're consistently over, we'll move you up a tier — that's free after the first month and usually cheaper than paying overage.
Do you offer pay-as-you-go without a monthly plan?
Yes — see our volume-based pricing. The rate per pound slides down as your monthly volume rises, starting at $1.99/lb. No commitment, no minimum. The plans are usually a better deal once you're past about 250 lb a month, but pay-per-pound is the right call when your volume is unpredictable or you're just getting started.
What's priority emergency service?
Need a bag turned around faster than the standard 48-hour cycle? Priority emergency moves it to the front of the queue. Commercial Partner includes 4 per month at no extra charge; on Essential and Growth, priority is $10 per emergency on top of the per-pound charge.
What kinds of laundry do you handle?
Towels, sheets and linens, table linens, aprons, smocks, robes, gym towels, and staff uniforms. We weigh everything dry at pickup. We don't handle items with hazardous or biohazard contamination — those need a licensed industrial laundry.
Can you cover more than one location?
Yes — multi-site pickup and custom routing are part of the Commercial Partner plan. We build a route around your locations and pickup windows so every site is on the same schedule. Property managers and hotel groups with several buildings use this most.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No setup fee. Essential and Growth are month-to-month — give 30 days' notice to pause or cancel. Partner runs on a term agreement because of the SLA and custom routing. We'll size your tier together after the first month of real numbers.
Which areas do you cover for commercial pickup?
We run scheduled routes across central Sacramento — Arden-Arcade, Midtown, East Sac, Land Park, Carmichael, and nearby neighborhoods. Commercial Partner custom routing extends beyond that footprint; if you're a little outside the usual area, just ask.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a week. Tell us your volume and what you wash, we'll confirm a tier and a pickup day, and your first scheduled pickup goes on the calendar. The whole setup conversation takes one phone call.
