We go over the gown with you at the counter — fabric, beadwork, hemline, and the stains you know about. Then we check under proper light for the ones you don’t.
Hidden sugar and champagne stains are treated before they can set, then the gown is cleaned by a method matched to its fabric and embellishments.
Cleaned gowns come back on a padded hanger. Preserved gowns are folded with acid-free tissue into a preservation box, ready for decades of storage.
